  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (sesame oil for an extra kick)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, and gochujang (if using).
